Children's Prayers

Today, after family devotions, the children prayed about Baby #5  who is due in December...


Amelie: "Heavenly Father, thank you that I am going to have two babies. Please make the baby a girl. Amen."
followed by Silas: "Dear Father in Heaven, I pray that you make our second baby a boy. Please give me lots of boys to play with. Amen."
followed by Mommy (who is trying not to laugh out loud): "Father, thank you that you know who is supposed to be in our family- boys and girls. I pray for a strong and healthy baby and for good growth and development..."

March 20- Learning About Ice Bergs

Learned about "p" and penguins... took a little science excursion to learn about icebergs as well.  Ian discovered the joy of dismantling the lower school shelf as well.
