February Highlights

When we visit the Denver area, we drive east through the Rocky Mountains in central Colorado.
It's about a four hour drive to the very western side of Denver- but longer if there is traffic, accidents, snow, kids who have to eat, kids who need to stretch, kids who have to go to the bathroom, kids who have to be buckled into their car/booster seats... you get the idea.
Audio stories are a GREAT friend on these trips!
Mt. Logan & the Colorado River
Glenwood Canyon
Glenwood Canyon- Elevated Westbound I-70
Coming down Vail Pass (10,662 ft)
Dillon Reservoir, Independence Mountain & Keystone Mountain

Celebrating 98 Years with Great Grandpa!
What a blessing he has been to our family these many years.
I know his heart's desire, though, is:
"Even so, come, Lord Jesus."

A winter hike around the lake in Barr Lake State Park was chilly, but beautiful!
The eagles were there in full force doing some winter feeding.
The young ones are speckled, while the mature adults have the classic white head and dark body.

Ben's been rolling for a while (back to tummy) and loves this toy that's been around for 30+ years!
