Roses are Red

This was our Valentine's Day presentation for our homeschool Valentine's Day party last year, 2018, and the photo is from this year. Enjoy!

Benjamin:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
Sugar is sweet, my mom says I'm, too.

Lemuel:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
I'm learning about love and learning what's true.

Rachel:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
God says He is love and this is what's true.

Ian:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
I'm into this love thing, I'm a cuddle-bug, too!

Josiah:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
My Daddy loves Mommy, but when they kiss I say, "Eeewww!"

Amelie:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
I really love horses, but not like I love you.

Silas:
Roses are red, violets are pink.
Did I say that wrong? Well, that really stinks!

Mommy:
Roses are red, violets are blue;
I have seven kids, which makes me unglue.

My kitchen's a mess, there's laundry to do.
Some times I think that I live in a zoo!

Some folks would consider- seven a horror,
But I love them a ton; no day is a bore!

So, roses are red, and violets are blue.
God's love makes it happen, and a little chocolate, too!!!
