Check out these turkey vultures! I didn't even know we had any in this area of Colorado, but apparently Colorado is in it summer habitat area of North America. This group of five (four are visible in the photo- three on the pole and one on a tiny branch in the cottonwood tree) showed up Sunday evening across the street from Aimee's parents' house, and hung out for about and hour or so.
Here are Silas and Amelie at Grandpa and Grandma V.'s house Sunday evening. They are trying on a few items for our dress-up container. They were having quite the time of it (plus it was past bedtime- thus increasing the fun!).
